Zelma Ruth Wagers, age 74 of Vandalia, passed away Monday, July 14, 2014. She was born November 24, 1939 in Stinnett, KY to the late Walter and Laura Hoskins. Zelma was preceded in death by her brother, James Hoskins.
She is survived by her husband, Carlo Wagers; daughter, Iva (Robert) Young; son, Gary Wagers; granddaughter, Amanda Wagers; siblings, Margaret Bowling, Laverna Roberts, Norma Bowling, Beulah Napier, Jewel Hoskins, Betty Baker, Judy Stubblefield and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Zelma was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
