She was born July 28, 1934 in Appalachia, VA to the late Kemp and Ruby (Delph) Phillips.
Wilma Jean was very devoted to her family and was the best wife and mother in the world! She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Asbury, Sr., and her daughter, Cynthia LaLiberty. Wilma Jean is survived by 3 sons, Jerry (Chris) Asbury, Roger (Tammy) Asbury, Morris Asbury, Jr. and friend, Christie; numerous grandchildren, including Tammy, Brandon, Joshua, Beth, Kevin, Adam, Amy, Chrissy; and several great
