PHILLIPS, Jo, age 81, of Medway, passed away Monday, December 10, 2012. She was born March 23, 1931 in Sparta, TN, to the late Lee and Eva Scott. Jo worked as the Director of Nutritional Care at Crystal Manor Nursing Home. She is survived by her husband, Eber Phillips; children, Ralph Phillips, Gayle Vanzant, Mark Phillips and Brad Phillips; 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; one sister, Helen Heaton; one brother, Bob Scott. Burial will follow in Medway Cemetery.
