William E. Stricklin Jr., "Billy", age 74, of Dayton, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016. Billy was born on December 3, 1941 in Franklin, Ohio, to the late William Stricklin and Winifred Stricklin. He is survived by his niece, Faye (Niles) Choice; family friend, Cathryn (Luther) Williams; great-niece, Aubrey Choice; great-nephew, Niles Choice, III. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home- South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. Funeral service will begin at 7:00 pm.
