William "Alex" Sams

William “Alex” Sams, age 51, of Clayton, Ohio passed away on August 7, 2024. He was born in Topeka, Kansas to Wilma Sams and the late William Sams. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his Mammy and Pappy and his cousin Amber Zornes. 

He is survived by his mother, Wilma Sams; fiancé Shannon Fleet; sister Leeanna (Tommy) Collins; aunt: Pat Wilson; nieces Brittany (Chris) Watkins and Brooke Makley; great nieces Hailey and Kilee Watkins; great nephew Jordan Collins (the boy).

Alex will be greatly missed by his family and friends. 

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
