William R. Collinsworth, age 88, of Miamisburg, passed away Monday, May 19, 2014.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Dottie; children, Wanda (Kenny) and Dale (Pat); granddaughter, Leanna; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Connor and Landon.
Visitation Thursday, May 22, 2014 from 11am-12pm at the First Baptist Church of West Carrollton (705 S. Elm St. West Carrollton, OH 45449).
Service at 12pm. Burial at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Scleroderma Research Foundation (220 Montgomery Street Suite 1411 San Francisco, CA 94104).
