William Lee Lewis
Better known as “Bill” was born on February 23rd 1957 in Lima, OH to Norma Jean Stimmel Grierson and William Herbert Lewis. He passed from this life on June 19th 2026 with family by his side at Hospice of Dayton in Dayton, OH.
He was a laborer for many years. He loved all things fishing, NASCAR, baseball, football and remote model airplanes.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother Norma Grierson and stepfather Jerry Grierson, his father Bill Lewis, his sister Debbie Lewis, his daughter Angie Lewis Sanders and his nephew Phillip Lewis-Pittman.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Vickie Lewis. His daughter Rikki (Travis) Giddens. His son Joshua (Rachael) Lawson. His sisters Mary, Kimberly and Virginia. Several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Celebration of Life details will be available soon, please check back.
The family will respect his wishes of being cremated with his ashes spread at Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee.
