He is survived by fiancé, Ashley Skapik; children, William III, Nevaeh and Brailen Mulcare; mother, Janette (Allen) Daniel; father, William Mulcare, Sr.; siblings, Anthony, Jackie and Rhea; grandparents, Marvin and Nora Hixson; grandparents, Bob and Sheila Daniel; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
Billy loved to draw and was an exceptional craftsman.
