Jordon West

We mourn the loss of William “Jordon” West, age 44, and invite all who knew him to share in a celebration of his life.

Jordon loved to golf whenever he could and enjoyed watching sports with his friends and scary movies with his daughters. He was an amazing cook and liked to experiment with a lot of different flavors. Despite this, one of his best dishes was always Chef Boyaredee Pizza.

Jordon was known as a hard working, reliable, caring man that touched many people through his roles of being a father, son, brother, and friend.

He graduated from Xenia High School and Hobart Institute of Welding Technology. He worked for GE Aviation for 20+ years and was known to be a great leader, co-worker, and friend with many people mourning the loss of his light.

Jordon is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Hazel West, and his grandmother, Ann Fahner.

Jordon is survived by his daughters, Kylee & Hayden West; father, William “Bill” West; step-mother, Karen West; mother, Cathy Hubbard; sisters, Abbie (James) Martin and Amanda (Jake) West; step-brother, Paul (Eileen) Barry; step-sister, Jennifer (Joe) O’Donnell; grandfather, Tracy Hanning; and step-grandmother, Gertrude McCarthy.

We, the family, would like to thank the healthcare workers at Kettering Health Main Campus and Ohio's Hospice of Dayton for allowing Jordon to move on comfortably with peace and grace. We are grateful for the time that we were able to have with Jordon and hope that you can join us in celebrating the life that he was able to live.

Please join us in wishing Jordon well onto his next chapter, visitation will be held from 2:00pm-3:00pm on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek), where a memorial service will begin at 3:00pm.

After the service, there will be a gathering for friends and family to celebrate Jordon’s life from 4:15pm-7:00pm at C.I. Beaver Hall (3696 Highmont St, Beavercreek) where light refreshments will be provided.
