William Douglas Johnson

William D. Johnson, age 69, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on February 16, 2024. He was born in Dayton on September 16, 1954 to William B. and Shirley Johnson.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, William B. Johnson and his wife, Melissa Johnson. Bill is survived by his children: Jacob, Jessica, and James; grandchildren: Isabella, Hunter, Mason, Madison, and, Abigail; mother, Shirley; brother, Michael; and many other family and friends.

Bill was a fisherman, any extra time he had he loved to spend fishing. He also loved music and being with his friends. He could make friends wherever he went, he never knew a stranger.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am. Bill will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery.
