William Davell

Davell, William Lee "Bill" aka "Snake", age 75 of Moraine passed away unexpectedly on March 6, 2016. He was born in Dayton to the late James and Elizabeth Davell. Bill retired from AT&T after 26 years of loyal service. He proudly served in The United States Navy on the U.S.S. Randolph. He was an avid golfer and loved to spend his free time on the greens. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandpa, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Davell.

Bill leaves behind to cherish his memory, loving wife of 50 years, Sharon Davell; children, Lori Gorby and Mark (Tracy) Davell; grandchildren, Kayla Gorby, Allie Gorby, Christian Davell, and Zoey Davell; sister, Paula Wendling; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Carol and Jim Hoeffel; and many other loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to the American Heart Association.
