He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Rebecca; 5 children, William A. Russell, III and wife Paula, Veronica Kesling, Robert Russell, Tonia Armstrong and husband Ted, Melissa Hall and fiancé Kevin; 11 grandchildren, Kayde Russell, Sarah Kesling, Sean Kesling, Emilee Kesling, Elizabeth Russell, Jacqueline Russell, Robert Russell, Matthew Sneed, Adam Armstrong, Lillian Hall, Morgan Hall; and 4 great grandchildren.
