Willa Mae ( Foley) Brown was born to Stewart W. Foley Jr. and Bernice Jackson- Foley on April 29th 1949 in Lake Providence, LA.
She departed this life on Wednesday May 25th 2022 in Englewood, OH.
She attended Roosevelt H.S. and after raising her daughters and others; she worked at Comet Cleaners, Lake County Jail, Developmental Training Ctr. and Trump Casino.
Willa loved her family, church, Motown music, fashion/ decorating, cooking, snapping pictures and Bid- Whist.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Jessie( Coulter Sr.) Powell, and Ethel Hardin; Brothers: Jim Henry Foley, Derrick Jackson; Brother- in-law A.Ezell Hardin Sr.; along with several aunts and uncles.
Willa is survived by (4) daughters: Tawanna ( Melvin) Ware, Wynetta ( Brandon) Jefferson, Santrina Parker, Kameca Parker; (9) Sisters: Ivory ( Kent) Proctor, Gary, IN., Sally Franklin, Gary-IN., Delores (Pastor H.Michael) Daniels, Rome, NY, Euniece Foley,Merrillville, IN., Jan (Dan) Thompson, Bloomington, IN., Jackee Foley, San Antonio, TX., Tamecka Foley, Gary, IN., Avis Foley, Atlanta, GA., Avon ( Bryan) Graves, South Carolina; (4) Brothers: Will ( Annie) Jackson, Indianapolis, IN., Stewart Foley III- Florida., Mac Arthur Foley, Texas., Adrian Harvey, Harrisonville, MO.; (1) Loving aunt: Ernestine Gatlin: Gary, In.; Grandchildren: (6) Derrick, Andrew IV, Asia, Justin, Monique and NaRon, 12 GreatGrandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives near and far, friends and devoted neighbors at 521 Gardens on Carolina
