Virginia L. Ramsey

Virginia L. Ramsey, lovingly known as "Genny", age 66, of Tipp City, passed away on January 17, 2024. She was born on October 27, 1957 to the late D.M. & Betty Parsons.
She loved to watch movies and shows on The Hallmark Channel. She also enjoyed singing along to the radio on car trips around town. Genny was always thrilled when her granddaughter came to visit her. She was a very loving mother and grandmother, and she will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, Genny was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Ramsey and her mother-in-law, Leatha Ramsey.
Her memory will be cherished by her daughter, Angie (Kim) Carson; her granddaughter, Payton (Joey) Ulrich; her sister, Rebecca (Danny) Watkins; her nephew, Daniel Watkins; and many extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 12:30pm to 1:30pm on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where her funeral service will begin at 1:30pm. Following the service, she will be laid to rest with Ronnie at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
