Virginia I. Kelly

Virginia I. Kelly, age 91, of West Carrollton passed away on April 9, 2024. She was born in Dayton on May 5, 1932 to the late Eddie and Elizabeth Richie.
Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Marlin; brother-in-laws, William "Dale" (Carol) Kelly, Windell (Sue) Kelly and nieces, Theresa Long and Joyce Safranek; along with many more nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Virginia retired from Duff Trucking Company and Meijer. She was very active in her church and enjoyed reading her Bible. Virginia will be deeply missed and forever loved by her family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, 11890 N. Dixie Drive in Tipp City. Pastor Bryan Heil to officiate.
