Virginia Lee Hammond, age 83 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born August 9, 1932 in Dayton, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her parents James Fletcher and Naomi Warman; Son, William Hammond; Ex-Husband, William Hammond; Brother, Robert Fletcher; Great-Grandson, Paul Knisley.
Virginia is survived by her son, John Hammond and his wife, Lynn Hammond; son, Edward Hammond; and Daughter, Linda Knisley; She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 12 at 1:00pm at Mount Zion Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hospice of Dayton.
