Vickie Lynn Parsons

Vickie Lynn Parsons, age 50, of Dayton, passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on November 29, 2018. Vickie was born on January 10, 1968 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Eddie and Sally Jones. Vickie was a skilled craftswoman and enjoyed sewing in her free time. She was a hard-working woman who had countless skills and experiences. She took great pride in her family and loved to cook and spend time with her loved ones. Vickie loved to spoil her grandchildren with love. She was a loving, devoted, and caring, mother, sister, aunt, friend, and amazing nana. She will be greatly missed and remembered by all who knew her.

Vickie is survived by, loving children, Jessie Parsons, Darryl (Lori) Parsons, Chelsea (Chris) Jones, and Brandon Jones; fiancée and best friend, Jackie Jones; grandchildren, Chris, Aiden, Braiden, Kylie, Kara, and Tate; brother and sister, Eddie Jones, Jr. and Sandie Barbian; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

A Celebration of Vickie's life will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Newcomer - North Chapel at 7pm. Visitation for 2 hours prior, 5pm - 7pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Vickie's honor to the American Cancer Association.
