Veronica "Roni" L. Evans

Veronica "Roni" L. Evans, age 50 of Dayton, Ohio passed away on June 7, 2026. She was born August 9, 1975 in Dayton, Ohio.

Roni was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was an avid sports fan with her teams being the Bengals and Kentucky Wildcats. Her pride and joy was her family and doing anything she could for any of them. She had a spunkiness about herself and she would tell you what was on her mind. Roni was a happy go lucky person that loved everyone around her and would do for anyone in need. She had a passion for cooking, being outdoors, camping, and just having fun. Roni enjoyed bringing laughter to those around her and bringing a smile to their face. She will be dearly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Evans.

She is survived by her children, Amy Bingham, Travis (Sierra) Evans, and Tyler (Vannessa) Couch; grandchildren, Arianna, Zaidyn, Zavier, Abriella, Addison, Oaklynn, with Olivia on the way; parents, Gail (Chris) Harden; siblings, Angela Reed, Nick (Brittany) Harden, and Christina (Doug) Roebuck; nieces and nephews, Ryan (Sammy) Barnett, Trinity (Korben) Hart, Jason Byers, Arabella Harden, Olivia and Evelyn Roebuck; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 5-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424. A funeral service will begin at 7pm with Pastor Josh VanNorstren officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Roni's honor to Newcomer Funeral Home to assist with her funeral arrangements.
