Verna Ann Moore

Verna Moore (Hinton), 77 years old, born in Springfield, Ohio on April 25, 1948, and graduate of Tecumseh High School, passed away on July 3, 2025. She had a heart of gold and didn't know a stranger. In her last days, she was doing what she loved: camping. Verna was a loving, caring, and beautiful person inside and out. She loved her family and provided/protected them, no matter the situation. As her family grew over the years, she didn't miss a birthday or event and always enjoyed the simple things in life. Everyone who met her has been impacted by her love. Verna will always be held in our hearts.

Verna was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Jacobs; her father, Verne Hinton; and a brother, Tom Eaglin. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of almost 30 years, Orville Moore; brother, Phillip (Jackie) Hinton; a lifelong and special friend, Dianna Fuduloff; children, Gail (Tony) Shaffer, Lisa Moore Barney, Becky (Tom) Myers, Penny (Richard) Mulligan, Angie (Gary) Hewitt, and Billy (Tarrah-Jo) Hewitt; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; extended family, friends who became family, and countless friends and others who love her.
