Valerie "Val" L. Voline

Valerie "Val" L. Voline, age 60 of Huber Heights, Ohio went to be with the Lord on April 13, 2026. She was born July 4, 1965 in Nova Scotia, Halifax. The daughter of Larry and Jessie (Patey) Edler.

Val was a loving and devoted wife, daughter, mother, furbaby grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She retired after 20 plus years in customer service. She had a passion for cross- stitching, puzzles, board games, and the Hallmark Channel. Val's pride and joy was her daughter, and spending as much time with her family and friends as she could. She loved her cats and attending the Ohio Renaissance Festival yearly. She was a faithful member of Sulphur Grove United Methodist Church. Val enjoyed bringing laughter to those around her with her unique sense of humor. She will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

Val was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie Edler; and husband, James "Jim" Voline.

She is survived by her daughter, Jessica "Jessi" Voline; fur grand babies, Salem and Binx; father, Larry Edler; sisters, Michelle Edler and Christina (Michael) Wampler; niece, Aurora Wampler; as well as numerous other family members and dear friends.

A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
