Valerie K. Davis, age 51 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2012. She was born August 4, 1960 in Dayton. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jacob Napier.
Valerie is survived by her husband of 32 years, Tim Davis; sons: Benjamin Davis and Brent Davis; mother and father: Myra and Lawrence Roark; grandmother, Emma Napier; brother, Danny Harris; sister, Pam (Chuck) Ransom; nephew, Gavin; niece, Shannon; many other family members and friends.
Valerie worked in the medical field for more than 30 years, working as an Office Manager and Certified Medical Assistant.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, January 16, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
