Treva (Farley) Schipper, age 75 of Dayton, passed away February 21, 2021. She was born March 21, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio to the late General and Daisy Farley. In addition to her parents, Treva was preceded in death by her sisters: Opal Pryor and Janice Farley; brother, J.W. Farley; and daughter, Connie Trimble.
Treva is survived by her husband of 39 years, Richard Schipper; daughter, Sandra McCormick (Edward); son, James Hancock (Malinda); 9 grandchildren: Skeeter, Whitney, Brandi, James, Sara, Todd, Allison, Cole and Skylar; 7 great-grandchildren: Sumarah, Kaiden, Jacob, Chevelle, Hensli, Ava and Aya; brothers: James Farley and Carl Farley; sister, Patty Fannon; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Treva was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family with all of her heart. Christmas Eve was a favorite time of the year for her; she loved spending time with everyone. She loved playing cards and going to the casino.
Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 10:30 am.
