A tiny star "Twinkled" in our heart, your presence on this Earth was for a brief moment…that impacted so many that God said "Look up, she's here as a twinkling star in the Heavens with me…Tiyah "Twinkle" Payne".
Sunrise was on March 29, 2022, and Sunset was also on March 29, 2022.
She is survived by her mother, Ms. Safiya A. Pate; father, Terrence Payne; brothers, TJ Payne and Tajah Payne; sisters, Tristan and Tamia Payne; grandparents, Victor Pate, "Diva Momma" Frances Pate and Rachel McClure; a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
We will lay to rest our precious baby, Tiyah "Twinkle" Payne on Friday, April 8, 2022, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424. Family and friends may visit with the family from 12:00pm-1:00pm, with Funeral Services to begin at 1:00pm. Her final resting place will be West Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, gifts of love may be made directly to the family.
