Timothy R. Carter

Timothy R Carter, born July 8th, 1959 passed away on January 6th 2026

Tim was known for his joyful presence at family cookouts where laughter and stories were shared. He embraced every opportunity to spend precious time with his family and friends, creating memories that will be held dear to those who knew him.

A gifted artist, Tim had a passion for painting and creating pottery. His love for gardening allowed him to find serenity in nature, often visiting Cox Arboretum to immerse himself in its beauty. His culinary skills also flourished in his kitchen, where he delighted in mixing and matching different foods, herbs and spices to create his own dishes.

Tim is survived by his sisters Candice (Ray) DeWitt, Penny Carter, sister-in-law Terri Carter, and numerous nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly for his love and creativity.

Tim is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Virginia Carter and his siblings... Mike Carter, Tammy Middleton and Brian Carter

As we celebrate Tims life, we remember a man who brought joy, art and love to the hearts of his family and friends. His legacy will continue to inspire those who had the privilege to know him.
