Tom was born December 5, 1955, in Youngstown, Ohio and grew up in Austintown.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph G. Shea; mother, Agnes D. (Shea) Farragher; step-father, Earl Farragher; sister Pamela and brother Ralph.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 19 years, Melissa M. Shea; sons, Jason, Michael, Jonathan (Whitney Helton), Connor and daughter, Grace. He dearly loved and was loved dearly by his extended family including father & mother-in-law, Robert & Elinor Roush; Sean & Sheila Roush, Dr. Greg Roush, Dr. Steve Roush & Halle Workman and Brian & Angela Roush; sister, Karen (David) Fascia; as well as many nieces and nephews.
