Thomas Dale Sanders
February 24, 1941 — October 16, 2019
Sanders, Thomas D. age 78, of Dayton passed away 10/16/19 at the Dayton VA hospital.
Dale was a graduate of Northridge High School and enlisted in the United States Navy. He retired from Dayton Reliable Tool after 22 years of service as a machinist.
Dale was a life member of the VFW and AMVETS. He enjoyed fishing and camping as well as spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Saundra Sanders; father Thomas Sanders and mother Myrtle Sanders.
He is survived by sons Thomas Sanders, Terry Sanders, Brian Longstreath (Kenna), and Joe Sanders along with daughter Tracy Longstreath as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dale is additionally survived by two sisters, Shirley Mahanney (Bill) , Carol (Allen) Channel and one brother Randy (Cindy) Sanders.
Visitation is on October 23rd from 9-11 at Newcomer Funeral Home on 3380 Dayton Xenia Road; Beavercreek with services immediately following. Burial will be at the Valley View Memorial Gardens.
