Thomas Henry Lewis, age 71 of Fairborn, OH, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Soin Medical Center. He was born May 24, 1945 in Chillocothe, Ohio the son of Roy and Velma Lewis.
He is preceded in death by his parents Roy and Velma (Carpenter) Lewis; Wife, Betty Lewis and Brother, Jim Lewis.
Thomas is survived by his Son, Ray D. Grigsby; Two Sisters, Linda Sue Huneycutt and Patty Enix; Two Grandchildren, Tionna L. Grigsby and Grayson R. Grigsby; He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
Thomas was a Life Member of VFW Post #4615 and Life Member of the American Legion of Tipp City, OH and a Life Member of American Veterans of Fairborn, OH. He also served as Commander of the VFW #9494 for 10 Years.
