Thomas Lee Landes Jr.

Thomas Lee Landes Jr. "Chip", age 54, passed away April 13, 2016 in Tipp City, Ohio. He was born to Thomas Lee Landes Sr. and Mary Jo Good on April 22, 1961. Chip enjoyed spending time with his children, hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He attended Stebbins and Wilbur Wright High Schools and later was employed by Trojan Gear Inc. for 22 years. Chip is survived by his three children Tyler Landes, Sara Landes and Kyle Landes; mother Mary Jo Good; sister Sandra Golden; brother Christopher Landes; other family and friends including Karen Landes and Bill Castle. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Lee Landes Sr. and step-father Walter Good. A memorial service will be held at St. Mark's Episcopal Church 456 Woodman Drive Dayton, Ohio at 2:00pm on Sunday, May 1, 2016 with a fellowship to follow at the VFW 637 Spinning Road Riverside, Ohio.
