Thomas "Tom" Phelps, age 64 of Dayton, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his son, Arthur "Tommy" Phelps.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Jenny Phelps; sisters, Faye and Patricia; brothers, Bobby Dean and Edwin; sister-in-law, Sandra Hartman; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 2-4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439).
