Thomas Sydney Ezerski

Thomas Sydney Ezerski, age 63 of Cheshire, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018 at Ohio State University Medical Center. He was born February 14, 1955 in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Pete and Hattie (Napier) Ezerski.
In addition to his father, Tom is preceded in death by a brother, Mike Ezerski.
He is survived by his, mother Hattie; sons, Thomas Shawn (Michelle) Ezerski, William Ezerski and Anthony (Kelly) Ezerski; siblings, Daniel (Theresa) Ezerski, Lynette (Robert) Weisenborn and Steven Ezerski; grandchildren, Tyler, Sabrina, Austin, Ariana, Wyatt, Cannon and William; long-time girlfriend, Crystal McCourt and mother of his children, Nancy Ezerski.
Tom was a 1973 graduate of Lebanon High School. Following high school he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served during the Vietnam War. Tom worked as a professional land surveyor in Ohio, Texas and New Jersey for over 40 years.
A graveside service will begin 3:00 pm Friday, June 8, 2018 at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Miamisburg. Memorial contributions may be made to American Liver Foundation - Heartland Division at 6133 Rockside Road, Suite 301, Independence, OH 44131.
