Thomas E. Carter

CARTER, Thomas E., age 64, passed away January 14, 2013. He was born April 28, 1948. He is survived by two children, Thomas E. Carter and Brenda (Carter) Johnson; father, Robert B. Carter; brothers, Bobby and Dwayne Carter; sister, Jackie Shiflet; 10 grandchildren, Samantha, Brittany, Tori, Angela, Taylor, Alexis, Tristen, Trinity and Autum; one great-granddaughter, Rian Grace; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Frances Carter; brother, Michael Carter; sister, Mary Ann Marcom. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Services will be held privately at a later date.
