Thomas Perry Crow, known to many as Tom, died on October 9, 2026, at home in Beavercreek, Ohio, surrounded by family. He was 69. Born on October 20, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio, Tom moved through life with a spirit that was funny, kind, loving, creative, and silly, while also being thoughtful, driven, and introspective. He leaves behind the memory of a man whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and heart to those around him.
He is survived by his spouse, Debbie Kirklighter, and by his children and their families: Dylan Crow and Jenny Vallancourt; Gus Crow; Kathy and Matthew Fernalld; and Matthew Kirklighter. He also leaves his grandson, Luka Kirklighter. Tom is further survived by his siblings and their families: his sister Tammy and David Nicholson, his brother Ted and Kim Crow, and his sister Tracy Crow. In each of these relationships, he was known not only for love, but for humor, thoughtfulness, and the steady bond of family.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, James and Molly Crow.
Tom will be remembered for the life he built, the family he cherished, and the generous, spirited way he moved through the world. His memory lives on in the stories shared around family gatherings, in laughter that arrives unexpectedly, and in the enduring love of those who knew him best.
