Thomas M. Adkins

Thomas M. Adkins, age 60, of Middletown, passed away January 3, 2022. He was born September 20, 1961 in Portsmouth, Ohio. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Millard "Smokey" Adkins.

Tom is survived by his momma and pop: Helen and William Bohon; wife, Carmelita Adkins; children: Katrina, Savannah and Amanda; 5 grandchildren; brothers: Terry (Francesca) Adkins, Michael Adkins and Robert (Rachel) Adkins; many other relatives and friends.

Tom was a very outgoing man who never met a stranger. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. Tom had a great sense of humor who was always clowning around. He was just an all around great guy.
