Teresa Lynn Miller-Slate, age 48, of Kingsport, TN, formerly of Dayton, passed away December 21, 2013 at her home in Kingsport after a lengthy illness. She was born October 14, 1965 in Dayton.
Teresa is survived by her son, Mark Slate; granddaughter, Kendra Slate; companion, Ken Flannery; parents: Gary N. (Patricia) Miller, Sr. and Linda Miller; sisters: Ruby (Earl) Smith and Sheryl (Jon) Campbell; brothers: James (Margaret) Smith and Gary N. (Trisha) Miller, Jr.; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Teresa's memory to the American Cancer Society.
