Teddi A. Mitchell

Teddi Ann Mitchell, 78, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Hospice of Dayton.

Born on June 21, 1947, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Teddi was raised in the Cincinnati area and attended Anderson School from first grade through graduation. She was active in the German Club and loved singing in the choir.

Teddi earned her Bachelor of Arts from St. Leo College and later completed her Master’s degree in Family Counseling at Richmont Graduate University. She excelled in her career and was deeply respected by both peers and clients. Wherever she lived, Teddi formed lasting friendships and was always actively involved in her church community.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mable, and her brother, Robert. Teddi is survived by her nephews Steve (Donna) and Scott (Mary Beth); great-nieces and nephews Mark, Melissa, Mike, Matt, Steven, and Stephanie; dear friends Linda and Ed Werner; and her cherished church family at Kettering Assembly of God.

A Celebration of Life for Teddi A. Mitchell will begin at 5:00 pm on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at Kettering Assembly of God Church (2250 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH 45440).  A time of food and fellowship will follow the service at the church.
