Tammy E. Burnett

Tammy E. Burnett "Meme", age 54 of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born September 8, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of David and Judy Moreland.

Tammy was a loving mother, wife and grandmother. She was the glue that held her family together, always protecting with her huge heart. She never knew a stranger and welcomed everyone with open arms. Tammy will be dearly missed by her mother, who was her best friend, as well as her husband and children.

She is preceded in death by her father, David Moreland; grandparents, George and Eileen King, Ernest and Selma Moreland; and mother-in-law, Linda Burnett.

Tammy will be missed by her loving husband of 34 years, Gary; mother, Judy Moreland; brother, Timothy Moreland; sister, Jessica Long (Billy Mervar); children, Jessica Burnett, Bethany White, Cheyenne Moreland, Jacob Burnett and Maria Burnett; grandchildren, Marissa, Caleb, Hannah, Chrislyn, Rylee, Trenton, Paisley, Mason, Layla and Jaxon; aunt, Kay (Johnny) Markins; and nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Monday, October 14, 2019 from 4:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 6:30 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Locust Grove Cemetery, Adams County, Ohio.
