Sylvia K. Clarkson, of Centerville, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer & Maxine Conley; brother, Rudy Conley; and sister, June Tipton.
Sylvia is survived by her children, Shelly (Mike) McCarthy and Bryan (Sheila) Price; granddaughters who were the love of her life, Krista and Cara McCarthy and Kaylee Price; sister, LaDonna (Jerry) Crews; special niece, Gwen (Mark) Snyder; nephews, Tony Burke, Stephen Burke, Scott Crews and Brooks Snyder; special cousins, Sharon Anderson and Calvin Wayne Johnson; and many other relatives and friends.
Special thanks to Debi Nickoson and Arron Wood for their support. The family would also like to thank the staff at Pristine Assisted Living for the excellent love and care they provided.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 from 1-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 2pm. Burial will take place at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
