Sylvia J. Clayton, age 68, passed away in Dayton, OH on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. She was born in Dayton to the late Thomas and Lydia Richey. In addition to her parents, Sylvia was preceded in death by her brothers: David and Donnie Richey; sister, Barbara Cox, and former husband, William Clayton.
Sylvia is survived by her son, Richard (Amanda) Clayton; daughter, Debra (Mike) Klein; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers: Larry and Paul Richey, and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. Pastor Bart Ellis officiating. The family will receive friends for 2 hours prior to the service from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Sylvia is survived by her son, Richard (Amanda) Clayton; daughter, Debra (Mike) Klein; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers: Larry and Paul Richey, and many other relatives and friends.
