For Suzanne Darbier, the clock of life has stopped ticking. Suzanne contributed much to many who chose to listen. In her younger life, Suzanne learned the art of self education, which contributed greatly to her many varied interests. From a young volunteer at St. Elizabeth Hospital, to a pencil picture artist, onward to college, engineering, NCR and finally, to being the sole owner of Bill's Clock Shop for 42 years, Suzanne pursued all of her interests with her deep thirst for knowledge. Suzanne enjoyed fishing, making her own fishing lures, inventing her own clock tools, taking trips to Florida, Vermont and Cape Cod, riding motorcycles, and devoting her heart to all of her animals. Her accomplishments came with a knowing smile and a lively sense of humor. For many she met and helped, this allowed for interesting conversations on many different subjects. Suzanne's inquiring mind, a mark of her being, led to her exploration of her own life and that which is beyond. As this chapter in Suzanne's book of life comes to a close, may a new, comforting chapter of peace be her blessing, and may a blanket of knowledge be her guiding light. Y.I.L.
