Kissel, Susan Carol (nee Piecuch), 69, of Centerville Ohio peacefully passed away on April 30, 2017 at St Leonard's.
Susan was born on March 21st 1948 in Cincinnati Ohio to the late Dorothy and Alfred Piecuch.
Susan graduated from Edgecliff College with a degree in education. She taught second grade at Ascension school in Kettering, from 1987-2011.
Susan was a loving and devoted mother who enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, teaching religion and volunteering at local elementary schools.
Susan is preceded in death by her parents, and brother Stephen J Piecuch.
Susan is survived by her husband Robert P Kissel Jr, daughters Kathleen (Ryan) Miller, Jennifer (Michael) Banks, Lauren Kissel, sister Betty (Alan) Bieber, grandchildren Terrance, Logan, Alexander, Samantha Miller and Isaac Kraus among numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 4 at 10:30 am at Incarnation Church, 7415 Far Hills Ave Centerville Ohio 45459. Susan's family will greet friends at the church from 9:30-10:30 am on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society.
