Stewart Treadway

Stewart W. Treadway, passed away on August 8, 2026 surrounded by family and friends. Born on July 27, 1963 in Bath County, KY, the world lost a remarkable man. Who was caring, had the patience of a saint, loved spending time with his family, and never knew a stranger. 

Stewart proudly and honorably served in the United States Army. He also dutifully served as a Mason and was a member of Lodge #777 as well as a member of the Shriners and Scottish Rite.

 He was preceded in death by his loving mother Frances Laux.

Leaving behind a legacy of love, Stewart was a devoted husband to his wife of 36 blessed years, Ronda Treadway; a loving father to Michael (Sarah) Treadway and Jamie (Aaron) Brown; grandfather to Abagail, Connor, Landon, Charlotte, and Brooklynn. He is also survived by his brothers, Billy, John, Doug; mother-in-law, Jacqueline Campbell; many nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends whom he cherished dearly.

Family and friends will greet loved ones at a visitation on Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 10am - 11am at Newcomer - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will follow at 11am, starting with a Masonic Ceremony and concluding with the Funeral Service. Stewart will be laid to rest privately at a later date in Woodland Cemetery.
