Steven P. Wilson

Steven P. Wilson, age 76, of Fairborn, passed away on July 27, 2026, after a long battle with cancer. Born on November 2, 1949, in Huron, South Dakota, Steven was the beloved son of the late Donald and Ester Wilson.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents.

Steven is lovingly remembered by his wife, Wanda Sue Wilson; daughter, Bernice Wilson; brother, Curtis (Tammy) Wilson; grandsons, Reace Polson and Vincent Rue; nephews, Jacob and Amy Mats; as well as many other extended family members and friends.

After growing up in South Dakota, Steven pursued higher education, earning a bachelor's degree and later a master's degree in Mathematics from Nebraska. Until his passing, he remained a member of the Mt. Zion Church in Xenia.

Steven found joy in swimming, camping and watching sports. He was a kind and loving husband, father and grandfather.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
