Steven William Sebastian II, affectionately known to all as "Seabass", departed this world on October 8, 2025, in Beavercreek, Ohio, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family and friends. Born on December 14, 1985, in Dayton, Ohio, Seabass lived a life that shone brightly, full of laughter, dance, and unquenchable spirit.
A proud graduate of Beavercreek High School, Class of 2004, Steven embraced every opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest. His magnetic personality drew people into his orbit; he had the unique ability to find joy in even the simplest of moments. Those who knew him will fondly remember his infectious laugh and his talent for turning any occasion into a celebration. Whether he was partying at festivals or simply gathering with friends, Seabass danced like nobody was watching, and he embodied the essence of living in the now.
Throughout his life, Steven was not only funny and loving but he also possessed a generous dose of sarcasm that endeared him to many. He was a warrior in spirit, navigating his struggles with an enviable toughness, even when his health faltered. Throughout his challenges, he remained strong-willed, which is a testament to his character and the depth of his heart.
Steven leaves behind a loving sister, Jana (Josh) Caperton, who cherished him deeply. His memory will be lovingly carried by his nephew, Cole Caperton, and his grandmother, Janet Gibbs, whose bond with him was undoubtedly special. He is also survived by his uncle, Mike Holcomb, who will carry his legacy forward in heart and memory. He had far too many friends to list here, but he undoubtedly touched the hearts of all those he encountered.
