Shirley Ann Goff

Shirley Ann Goff, age 87 of Centerville, Ohio passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025. She was born on November 27, 1937 in Dayton, Ohio daughter of the late Ace Maggart and Helen Christy .

Shirley was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She had a passion for watching old movies on AMC. She loved her family and took pride in doing anything and everything she could for them. She was super funny and loved to crack jokes. Her family was her pride and joy, especially all of her grandchildren. She loved to make them laugh. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Charles T. "Charlie" Goff, her parents, her son Charles A. Goff and siblings Ace, Sylvia, Chuck and Joyce.  

Shirley is survived by her children, Julie Motzel, Sandy (Ken) Clemons, Jeff (Mary) Tompkins, and Sherry (Kelly) Derrick; grandchildren, Gary (Shelly) Dudley, Sean (Dulce) Dudley, James (Kelly) Tompkins, Ashley (Jeff) Kucera, Alexis Tompkins, Charles Lewis, Marissa Derrick, and Schoen Derrick; many great grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren.

Family will be holding a private celebration of Shirley's life.

Memorial Contributions can be made in Shirley's name to The Shriner's Hospital of Cincinnati.
