Age 74, of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, October 22, 2010.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Capt. Allen L. Thede, USAF ret.
She is survived by four daughters, Anita (Tony) Curtis, Andrea (Russell) Muntz, Annette (David) Gardner & Angela (Matthew) Phillips; twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and by her extended family & many good friends.
Shirley was a member of Brantwood Baptist Church and she sang with The Ambassadors for Christ.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday (10/26) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday (10/27) at the funeral home. Family & friends will gather for the committal service at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday (10/27) at the Dayton National Cemetery.
Contributions may be made in memory of Shirley to The Hospice of Dayton.
