Shirle Rae Jones

Shirle Rae Jones age 62 of Huber Heights, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at home alongside her children. She was born on May 9, 1964 in Mobile, Alabama the daughter of Kenny Bozeman and Shirley Pack.

She is preceded in death by her father, Kenny Bozeman; mother, Shirley Pack; two brothers, Richard Mondabaugh and Alton Bozeman; and grandson, Nevan.

Shirle is survived by best friend, Logan Jones Sr.; her children, Samantha Jones, Logan (Tanzaneia) Jones Jr., Sarah (Shawn) Jones, and Rebecca (Joshua) Jones; grandchildren, Dariyona, Darrien, Ryker, Ricky Jr., Amiyah, Adriona, Anthony, Aaron, Ayden, Payton, Elizabeth, Elijah, and Hunter; siblings, Gwendolyn (Glen) Eshelman and Kenneth (Brenda) Bozeman; and special niece, Renee (Terry) Wilburn. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

She was devoted to her faith and loved God. Shirle shared a birthday with Dariyona and loved spending time with all of her children and  grandchildren. She enjoyed watching many t.v series, listening to music, reading her Bible, and she never missed a Sunday service. Shirle is well loved and will be deeply missed. 

Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424). Celebration of life will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424).
