BLYTHE, Shelby Dale, age 31, of Dayton, passed away Monday, December 26, 2011. He was born August 10, 1980 in Dayton, Ohio.
Shelby is survived by his daughter, Starla Triplett Blythe; parents, Shelby and Florence Blythe of Sweetwater, TN; step-father, Bill Williams of Dayton; brother, Billy Williams, Jr. of Dayton; maternal grandmother, Rose Payne of Dayton; maternal grandfather, Larry (Donna) Heitzman of Kegley,West Virginia; and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Shelby Blythe; paternal grandmother, Jewell D. Banks Walker; step-grandfather, Ed Payne. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
