Sheila A. Rittwage

Sheila A. Rittwage, age 86 of Dayton, formerly of Stow, passed away September 12, 2024. She was born July 12, 1938, in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of the late Russell and Mary (Storc) Powers.

She is survived by her seven children, Kristie Rittwage, Karen Rittwage (Caren Schranz), Keith Rittwage, Kyle Rittwage, Kevin Rittwage, Kathi Rittwage and Kimberly Lauer; grandchildren, Jeremy, Erika, Maggie, Dean, Shane, Tyler, Cameron and Emma; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Reese, Jessa, Zoey, Brayden, Aspen, Myles, Mayla and expected soon Wesley; siblings, Patrick Powers and Joyce Powers; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. 

Sheila retired after a lengthy career as a drug and alcohol counselor, helping many people achieve recovery. She had a great love for her family, but she had an equal love for her AA Community for over 47 years. 

 A Celebration of Life will be held at One Lincoln Park in the Oakwood room on Sunday 9/22/24 at 1:00 pm.
