Sharon Brown

August 8, 1948 — October 31, 2020

Ms. Sharon Brown got her wings and went to walk with the angels unexpectedly on October 31, 2020 at the age of 72 years young. Born in Cincinnati, OH to proud parents Ms. Doris Smith and Mr. Freddie Holloway. Sharon later went on to marry and have four girls and settled down in Huber Heights, OH, where she has resided for the last 46 years. Sharon was a devoted worker at DiamlerChrysler where she worked tirelessly, while at the same time raising her four girls. She retired from DiamlerChrysler at the age of 55. Sharon was a zealous member of the Mt. Pisqah Baptist Church. She was loyal to her family, friends, and had a great love of serving her church and her savior Jesus Christ.

Sharon would want to be remembered as a loyal servant to the Lord and a dedicated Mother and Grandmother.

Ms. Sharon Brown is survived by her four daughters, Marva Mars (Pernell), Marshell Kennedy (Rodney), Marsha Nelson, and Charisse Ladd (Ollie). She is also the loving grandmother to eight grandchildren, Craig Singletary Jr., Ronald Lyons, Jasha Nelson, Marshell S. Kennedy, Jayla Nelson, DeAndre Ladd, Charisse O. Ladd, Olliana Ladd, and one great grandchild AveryOnna Singletary.

She was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children. Anyone who knew them knew that she was a star in their eyes, and that's all that ever mattered to her. With all her children living out of state, she was repeatedly traveling out of town to care for and visit her grandchildren. Thus, leaving her friends to affectionately call her "The Traveling Grandma". Sharon also leaves to mourn a host of family members and great friends.
