Scott Reed Walker, 46, of Dayton, OH, passed away August 12, 2017. Scott was born in Dayton, Ohio, on January 5, 1971 to Frank and Patricia Walker.
Scott graduated from Bethel High School and was a welder and fabricator. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes, Ford trucks and was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed.
Scott is survived by a daughter, Chelsea Renee Walker; a son, Joshua Reed (Jamie) Walker; two grandchildren, Mariah Rose and Matthew Joseph Walker; a sister, Renee Johnson; two brothers, Rick and Russ (Denise) Walker; and a friend and Josh's Mom, Rosemary Gibson. Scott was preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 am on August 21, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH 45424. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park.
